Understanding Our Process and Fees
Our design team begins designing gifts almost immediately and therefore, we may not be able to accommodate this request. However, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. There is a $12.50 cancellation fee for credit card verification costs and other expenses, but it’s a fair compromise. We can recoup some costs and still give you a refund.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions when necessary will be made with items of equal or greater value.
